Cherryville, NC (WNN) – Electric customers in the City of Cherryville on city power will experience a planned power outage tonight, 6-12-2024, at approximately 11:58 PM. The brief midnight outage is expected to last for only one hour. Duke Energy is performing maintenance and repairs on a transformer at the Ted L Mace electrical substation on N.
