History of Arrests

Garren’s legal troubles began in October 2024 when he was initially charged with stalking a woman, which allegedly happened over months. The claims were that Garren was captured on video walking around the woman’s home at night and looking into her car after she repeatedly told him not to return.

Furthermore, he was accused of following the victim to her vehicle and making numerous unwanted phone calls. These actions led to misdemeanor charges. Following this arrest and media coverage, Garren resigned from his position as a reserve officer with the Ranlo Police Department.

Shortly after facing misdemeanor charges, further investigation and new evidence resulted in a second arrest in December 2024. This time with felony stalking charges. This second arrest happened due to the victim providing further evidence of ongoing stalking. The woman, who wasn’t identified, said she had pictures and video evidence showing he stalked her almost daily. She claims he went on Instagram Messenger to call her.

Now, in March 2025, Garren has been arrested a third time. This pattern of repeated arrests emphasizes the allegations against him. Court records indicate that the victim and Garren had a prior relationship.

WNN reached out to the victim, but the victim is unwilling to speak at this time.

Court Date and Bond Amount.

Garren is scheduled to appear in court today, April 1st, at 1 p.m. No, this is not an April Fools’ joke.

Update 3:15 PM April 1st, 2025: The judge set Garren’s bond at $250,000.00. Garren allegedly violated a protection order by coming within 1,000 feet of the victim while wearing an ankle monitor.
