Expelled Student Added to Music Fest: With Eric Church and More

Gaston County, NC (WNN) – A Gaston County student expelled last week has been added to perform at a prestigious musical festival. The student will share the stages with notable artists, including Eric Church, Lainey Wilson, Lynyrd Skynyrd, ZZ Top, and more. 

Bailey Marie Griggs, with the artist name Bailey Marie, was expelled from her upcoming senior year by Cramerton Christian School without warning and through an email to her mother. The school claims that the uprising star did not conform to the rules by performing at bars and nightclubs where alcohol was present and that the school was not a good fit for Griggs’s goals.
