Cherryville Shooters Groups Release 2024 Schedules

Cherryville, NC (WNN) – It’s that time of year when muskets begin firing, and loud booms are heard in the Cherryville NC area. The centuries-old New Years Shooting tradition continues by welcoming 2024 with a bang as two groups participate. The oldest and larger group, The Cherryville New Years Shooters, will start at Blacks Grill on Hwy 150 E in Cherryville and the Traditional Shooters group will start at Cherryville City Hall on S Mountain St.

Both groups start at 12:00AM on New Year’s Day morning, which will be on Monday. The shooters’ finale will end at Rudisill Stadium in Cherryville at 6:30PM on E First St.
