Cherryville, NC (WNN) — The holiday season is upon us, and it’s time to shine! We are excited to announce our first annual WNN Christmas Lights Contest! Do you believe your display is the best in Cherryville, NC? Now is your chance to prove it!

How to Enter: Simple and Straightforward

Entering the contest is simple! Just complete our entry form by December 13th, 2024. Make sure your lights are visible from the street, as we will be filming and photographing each home for coverage.

Grand Prize: $100 Gift Card, an Award, and an Interview

The winner will receive a $100 gift card, an award with their name engraved on it, and will be interviewed. We’ll highlight their holiday display in a special segment, allowing them to share their creative ideas and decorating tips with the entire Cherryville community.

Deadline: Enter by December 13th

Be sure to submit your entry by December 13th to be eligible. Whether you’ve put up traditional lights or something more unique, we want to see what makes your home stand out. This contest is a fun way to spread holiday cheer throughout Cherryville, and we cannot wait to see all of your bright displays.

Voting Starts December 14th!

If you return to the contest entry page on December 14th you’ll find a place to vote on all the entries with photos of each home! The public will account for 50% of the judging while our in house judges will make up the other 50%.
