Which Restaurant Has the Best Lotta Burger?

CHERRYVILLE, NC (WNN) – The City of Cherryville is known for many things. From New Year’s Shooting to cherry blossoms, this small city in the Western Piedmont region of NC has a lot to offer. Or should I say, a Lotta to offer?
Another one of Cherryville’s unique attributes is the Lotta Burger. This classic dish consists of two burger patties on a hoagie roll with white coleslaw, tomatoes, cheese and a pickle. It is served at many of Cherryville’s local establishments.ย
Several debates regarding Lotta Burgers frequently pop up around Cherryville. Every Lotta Burger fan has their favorite restaurant that serves the unique sandwich, but which is the best?
I am new to the area and up until last week I had never had a Lotta Burger before. The delicious sandwich was enough to make me want to try every Lotta Burger Cherryville has to offer.
From my research, I have determined that eight restaurants serve the Cherryville Lotta Burger. The restaurants are Black’s Grill, Heafner’s Superette, Home Folks Cafe, Mac’s Grill, Medical Center Pharmacy, Ronald’s Express Grill, the Shake Shop and Vickie’s Grill.
As I explore my favorite Lotta Burger, the Wise News Network invites the public to vote for theirs. We will be holding a contest to determine which restaurant in Cherryville has the best Lotta Burger and awarding the restaurant winner.

Although the prize of “best” Lotta Burger is currently up in the air, one thing is certain: we will be enjoying “A Lotta” burgers in the next several weeks!
