Gaston County Police are investigating a sexual assault involving a minor child. The investigation has resulted in several charges for sex offenses involving a child.
Victoria Lynn Powell, 31, of Grover was arrested on December 1, 2025, by the Gaston County Police F.A.S.T (Fugitive Apprehension Suspect Tracking) team. Powell was been charged with two counts of Indecent Liberties with a Child. She is currently being held in the Gaston County Jail with no bond.
